Our aim is to ignite students’ imaginations and invite them to find their writer's voice—its humorous side, its serious side, how it can rhyme and use alliteration, metaphor, simile and personification.

In short, we want students to think of themselves as writers, even if their punctuation or spelling isn't perfect yet.

We want them to learn to relish words!

We teach in elementary & middle schools, book stores and community centers, in after school settings as well as in-class, working directly with Language Arts & Humanities teachers.
